Baked Mashed Potatoes

These baked potatoes create a rustic and super delicious version of the classic mashed potato.

Ingredients:

  • 10 pounds potatoes
  • 8 ounces cream cheese 
  • 2 cups whole milk 
  • 2 tablespoons chicken bullion 
  • 1 cup butter 

Instructions:

  • Bake the potatoes (I use my insta pot). Mash the potatoes, skin and lumps are okay.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.  Stir the cream cheese, milk, bullion and butter into the mashed potatoes. Spoon the potato mixture into a greased XL baking dish. Cover and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are heated throughly.
